You laugh and tell her the monsters in her belly want more siblings, and since Zoey can’t move she can’t do a thing about it. You pretend to put another egg in her belly and then her belly moves violently for a l*ttle bit then fully inflates again. You tell her they want more siblings to hatch in your belly and rip it open so you place another in her belly even though she protests.

After a while Zoey tells you that she feels her belly getting to full and you tell her the monsters are coming out of her belly. Her belly fully inflates and stays that way for a l*ttle bit and her belly pulses faster and faster then they burst through.
