Alena sets up her wireless mic close to her neck and captures every gulp and swallow noise while drinking her thick smoothies. She chugs the first smoothie fast, so you can hear each gulp quickly one after another. She takes her time with the second and third ones. The third one being extra think and filling. Camera pans around her long neck with many close ups in for every gulp.

She's so bloated by the end! Her belly gurgles, so she places the mic by her belly and jiggles it to capture the sl*shing sounds.

My idea is for another drinking video, using your clip-on microphone, but instead of water, use a thicker liquid. If you're familiar with Naked Juice, they have several "smoothie"-type drinks, that are thicker. There's one flavor that's like a protein boost, and lots of others that fit the bill.

I know I asked for mostly close-up views, but could you please also wear bikini tops, or crop tops (or just bras if you prefer!), and include a couple of belly shots in the video? Perhaps one at the beginning and end of each section?

I suppose if there is time, you could always do a 3rd bottle, and see how full you are afterward (with another belly sh*t, of course) -- maybe describe how you feel.

First: Try to down the whole drink as fast as you can. Big gulps aren't required, but you can if you want to... whatever you prefer/whatever works best. Start with the camera at one side, then have the camera slowly pan around the front and end up at the other side. (Might have to pan quickly if you're a fast drinker...) The camera view should focus mainly on your throat, but can include some of your face as well. (Some of your expressions in the past have been rather captivating. :)

Second: Another bottle, either the same or different flavor, but this time, drink normally rather than for speed. But, try to down the whole thing at once if possible. Same thing with the camera -- start at one side, then slowly pan around to the other.

**Then I drink a third really think personal protein drink and sl*sh it all around in my belly making belly sounds :p
