The tone of the dialogue throughout the clip would convey arrogance and sophistication/snobbery, hatred and mocking, again depending on the words being said.

In the clip you would be dressed in a pair of shiny suntan c*lored pantyhose (same as those in the first clip please) , and a pair of bl*ck stilletto heels . Could you please wear the bustier from the clip bi pt 2" and also the long bl*ck satin gloves I have seen you wear in other clips. Could you please have your hair nicely styled and hanging down wearing pearls of some kind denoting your wealth and red lipstick. Additionally you would be smoking a cigarette with a cigarette holder if possible . The scene would be taking place at an elegant wealthy gathering with you sitting.
