Serena is a very sexy, married MILF who owns a business in the same office building as me. We've been office neighbors for almost five years now, and the way we met is still funny to me. She actually came over one day and asked if I could keep the laughter down during work hours. Apparently my studio was ruining her afternoon. Sorry, Serena.

Over the years, we've graduated into something like office buddies. And yeah, at this point she knows roughly what I sh*ot. She knows it's light fetish type stuff, though not every last detail. There's always been this innocent flirting between us, the kind that made me think maybe, just maybe, I could get her on my tickle table someday.

But here's the thing about flirting with your office neighbor. If she says no, you still have to see her every single day. So I never really pushed it. I just told her that if she was ever interested, she'd make a great model, and left the b*ll in her court.

Then a few weeks ago, she started asking me a ton of questions about my sh*ots. Out of nowhere. Turns out she's got a big birthday coming up, and I think she's feeling a l*ttle insecure about it. She didn't say that out loud, that's just my read on it. Maybe she just wants to feel desired again. Whatever the reason, I knew this was my moment to sh*ot my sh*t.

She was still a l*ttle nervous about being on camera, so we worked out a deal. We'd do a test sh*ot, and the video only goes out if and when she gives me the green light. Well. Here it is. So you can guess how the test sh*ot went.

She came by right after work to do this, and her husband had no idea. There's a whole lot of behind-the-scenes stuff in this one too. But the best part? She had absolutely no idea she was going to be tickled. And you can see it all over her face when it clicks.

Turns out Serena has incredibly ticklish feet. Feather-ticklish feet. I get her to let me cuff her, get her in the stocks, toes tied, even blindfolded. Then I get to work on those very ticklish feet, and her reactions are just incredible. You can watch her genuinely try to hold the laughter in before she finally gives up and laughs hysterically. It's beautiful to watch unfold in real time.

And this is only part one. You won't believe where this one ends up.
