You play Dr. Madison, a sexy board certified counselor (please have a clipboard or a laptop). You assure me you are a highly qualified professional that can help me with my panty addiction and our sessions will be c*mpletely confidential.

You learn that I am s*ffering from low self esteem and an embarrassing addiction to women’s dirty panties.

You explain what this fetish is all about, and learn that I enjoy sn*ffing dirty disgusting panties. You learn I don’t only want them used but want the filthiest pair imaginable – as crusty and stinky as possible.

You tell me not to worry because you are c*mpletely non-judgmental.

You get down to the root of this fetish, and why I’ve sexualized something so filthy.

You tell me it boils down to wanting to experience p*ssy that I’ll never have and experience the scent of someone I find so incredibly attractive.

You explain sn*ffing dirty panties is an experience that I’ve sexualized.

You then flaunt your toned body, long beautiful hair, and stunning bl*e eyes and notice I am immediately aroused.

You notice me touching my crouch area and immediately scold me for breaking patient ethics.

I beg for forgiveness, but you tell me you’ll charge me double for the session instead of reporting me.

You then reveal you know exactly who I am.

You tell me you share the same fetish for dirty panties – and enjoy dirtying them

up for customers.

You tell me you know exactly why I chose you as my counselor, out of all other people – because I actually have bought panties from you for the past 5 years!

I admit that is exactly why I made an appointment with you, to finally meet the goddess of my dreams, not to actually seek treatment.

You tell me as my counselor you will still give me treatment.

It will be “exposure counseling".

You tell me to drop my pants – much to my shock.

You immediately burst out in laughter and remark that’s why I need to buy dirty panties from you because my p*nis is too small to get real p*ssy.

You break out a ruler or measuring tape and can't believe it's only 4 inches.

You laugh and laugh.

You then verbally humiliate me and c*ll me a “panty sn*ffing small d*cked loser”.

You ask if I’m offended but reassure me this is all part of the treatment.

You reassure me you are empathetic, kind, and nurturing as a counselor, and only treating me this way for my own good.

You tell me I will experience my fantasy in real life in order to get over my inhibitions and shame of such a taboo fetish.

You then suddenly take off the dirty pair of panties you are currently wearing and show off how dirty they are.

You tell me you have worn them for several weeks now and the scent is so potent in public, strangers start to notice!

You explain the different zones of the panty and give an up close view of how dirty the gusset is. As I try to sn*ff it, you pull it back and tell me to look

only for now, teasing me.

You then instruct me to j*rk off, while showing off the dirty gusset and continue to verbally humiliate me throughout for wanting to sn*ff a disgusting pair of used panties from a goddess I can never have and can only dream about.

You then tell me it's time for the most important part of the treatment.

I will need to l*ck your dirty panties clean right in front of you as part of my treatment.

You want the dirty gusset cleaned entirely – not a spot left.

I tell you I have never done that before, only sn*ffed, but you don’t care.

These are “doctor’s orders” and I have no choice.

You show a close up of the gusset (as I “l*ck” it clean) You can tell I am c*mpletely disgusted by the taste but you keep commanding me to l*ck while verbally humiliating me throughout.

As a reward for l*cking them entirely clean, you give me a JOI countdown to end the session while you sexily show off your body.

When I am done cumming, you tell me to take your dirty panties home with me.

You instruct me to kneel down before you, bow down and worship you as a goddess.

You praise me and c*ll me a “good boy” for doing everything you’ve said and that I’ve

made tremendous progress so far.

You tell me I should embrace my dirty panty addiction instead of feeling shame.

Finally, you tell me to make an appointment for another session.

You tell me that next time, you will be making me l*ck “butt stains” off those panties and you’ll triple my fees.

You notice I am both disgusted at that thought and upset but you remind me I am going to get reported for inappropriate behavior If I don’t do as you say – including l*ck stained panties.

You tell me the only words you want to hear from me next time are “Yes Goddess or Yes Dr. Madison” and put me in my place as a

“panty l*cking small d*cked loser”.

You then angrily tell me to “get the f*ck out of your office” and not to bother cleaning my

c*m stains.

As I leave the room, you toss me the dirty panties as a memento for our session and laugh maniacally as the video ends.
