A real estate agent has an appointment with a potential buyer at a London apartment she is listing for sale. She sensed over the phone that the man was very interested, and she is determined to do whatever it takes to win him over and close the sale.

To that end, she has chosen an outfit that is both chic and sexy: a T-shirt that perfectly hugs her bust and waist, a short skirt that accentuates her curves, and lovely tights that highlight the beauty of her legs. Furthermore, to avoid dirtying the apartment, she greets him barefoot. We’d all love to have a real estate agent like that, wouldn't we?

The man doesn't seem interested in the apartment; his gaze is fixed on the agent, whom he devours with his eyes, making no attempt to hide it. He frequently lets his eyes wander down to her legs to admire her stunning figure, until she notices and looks intrigued. However, she quickly composes herself to maintain a professional demeanor.

But after a while, the man moves closer and closer to the agent—who backs away in fear—before suddenly lunging at her, clamping his hand over her mouth, and pinning her against the wall. The agent whimpers in fear!

He then orders her to strip c*mpletely. Terrified by the demand, the agent complies. She removes her T-shirt, skirt, and even her tights, leaving on only her underwear. She feels humiliated and intimidated by the man, who grabs her firmly and leads her toward a small storage stool.

The agent is tightly bound with the sturdy rope the man had hidden in his bag—as if he had planned everything in advance. Once her hands and torso are securely bound, he gags her mouth with foam tape (Microfoam), pressing it firmly against the agent's sexy, lipstick-coated lips. Her protests turn into muffled moans—"MMmmhhhfffmmmm"—as her lips are perfectly sealed and molded beneath the formidable tape. He then adds more ropes to further immobilize her. The ropes p*ss between the agent's magnificent breasts; once tightened, her bosom looks even fuller and stands out strikingly against the bindings. For him (and for us), the sight is fabulous, but for her, the sense of humiliation and loss of control is absolute! Her moans grow increasingly intense. He continues his work by tying up her ankles, legs, and thighs, securing everything to the small stool so that any attempt to stand up becomes impossible. She can do nothing but writhe her magnificent body and moan. The man savors the spectacle for a long moment, but now he must leave.

To ensure no one hears her, he needs an even more formidable gag! He pulls a large, fluffy pink sock from his bag and removes the Microfoam tape. Realizing the sock is about to be shoved into her mouth, the agent begs him to set her free while she can still speak. Without a word, the man stuffs the bulky sock into her mouth—eliciting a pathetic "Aarrggnn-mmMHHPPHHffffffMMMHHH!!!"—and then secures this massive gag by adding a thick OTM-style gag over it. Now she is silent and even sexier! Despair fills the agent's eyes as the p*rvert walks away, leaving her bound and gagged in the empty apartment. At the end of the day, her colleague—having heard nothing from her—grows worried and decides to go to the apartment she was showing. Upon entering, he hears faint moaning coming from the living room. He approaches and is stunned by the scene before him: his colleague is c*mpletely bound and gagged, moaning as she tries to c*ll for help. He rushes to her side and removes the gag, shocked to discover the huge sock stuffing her mouth; she immediately begs him to set her free. But seeing her like this arouses him, and a thought crosses his mind: *Why not take advantage of her helplessness to feast his eyes?* The agent senses from her colleague's look that he has something else in mind; she stares at him intensely, eyes wide, as if trying to dissuade him from acting on it. It is too late; the decision is made: he shoves the same sock back into her mouth and replaces the gag! The real estate agent struggles and moans even louder, realizing that her ordeal—bound and gagged—is far from over.
