2. Feasibility Analysis

To ensure valid experimental outcomes, it is necessary to maintain identical physical conditions across all tested items. Therefore, this study employs a specialized framing apparatus to fully immobilize the subject. Furthermore, to amplify results and clearly differentiate the impact of each device, each trial incorporates multiple stimulation methods: a punishing static posture, continuous electrical shocks, randomized body impacts, and intermittent tickling of the soles and armpits. 5. Experimental Grouping

A wide range of oral devices was screened, excluding non-salivating or fully sealed designs, and selecting representative tools from similar categories. Nine devices were chosen across four distinct groups:

• a) Control Group: Single-use dental cheek retractor. Used solely to prevent lip closure and allow natural fluid drainage without any obstructive or stimulating properties, establishing baseline salivation volume.

• b) B*ll Gag Group: Silicone b*ll gag and bamboo bit gag. Characterized by shallow obstruction while keeping the mouth propped open.

• c) Open Prop Group: Ring gag with tongue depressor and caliper prop. Hollow design with zero blockage, keeping the mouth separated.

• d) Metal Restraint Group: Simple tongue-depressor bite b*r and custom stainless steel head cage. Full metal construction that clamps the face and head while restricting movement. The bite b*r includes an obstructing plate and tightening frame, while the head cage features an integrated hollow steel tube (32mm diameter, 30mm depth).

• e) Deep Throat Group: Deep throat b*ll gag with a slender silicone cylinder and a professional deep throat plug. Measured dimensions: silicone cylinder extends 80mm from bite guard to tip (100mm from lips); professional plug at setting 2 extends 70mm from bite guard to tip (90mm from lips). 6. Methodology
