The curtains of the bedroom were half-closed, and the afternoon sunlight cast warm patches on the floor. YIDE stood in the center of the room, wearing a close-fitting sports vest and that signature bl*e yoga pants, the fabric shimmering softly in the light. She adjusted her breathing, and her gaze fell on the small, toy-like dwarf model in front of her - it was a specially customized training tool she had made to help her focus on the precision of each movement.

**The first squat**, she slowly bent her knees, her body sinking, her hips pushed backward until her thighs were parallel to the ground. She could feel her thigh and hip muscles tightening and exerting . Then, she controlled her body, allowing her hips to gently approach the dwarf model, stopping just before touching it, and then rising steadily. Sweat had already begun to seep from her forehead.

**The second** one, she deepened the range. She descended more slowly, more focused, with the lines of her hips tightening under the yoga pants, forming a perfect arc. This time, her hips gently pressed over the top of the dwarf model - a symbolic "squashing", a confrontation with her own virtual goal. As she rose, she exhaled, feeling the b*rning, acidic sensation of the growing muscles, a sign of growth.

**The twentieth** one, the beads of sweat had slid down her spine, the bl*e yoga pants darkening at the waist and hips, soaked by the sweat. Her breathing had become labored, but the rhythm remained steady. With each descent, she imagined her hips becoming fuller, more upright; with each rise, she told herself she was one step closer to the goal. The dwarf model, under her repeated "squashes", seemed to become a witness to her willpower.

**The twentieth-first** one, her legs began to tremble, but her eyes remained determined. The sweat soaked her vest, her blonde hair sticking to her neck. She was no longer just performing the movements, but feeling - feeling the slight tearing of muscle fibers, feeling the flow of power within her, feeling that sense of control that pushed her body to the limit. With each squat, it was a conversation with herself: You can do it, you can be stronger.

**The thirtieth** one, and the last group. YIDE was c*mpletely drenched, the bl*e yoga pants tightly wrapping her flushed, hardening buttocks from the intense exercise, every curve shining in the sweat. She gritted her teeth, completing the last three with the slowest speed, each time lowering her hips below the knees, reaching the deepest range, c*mpletely "covering" the dwarf model in shadow.

Finally, she stood up, her hands supporting her knees, breathing heavily. In the mirror, her face was flushed, her entire body steaming with heat, but the contour of her hips did indeed look fuller, tighter. She walked to the window, pulled the curtains open, and let the sunlight flood her body.

Exercising is not to flatten anyone, but to shape oneself. Every drop of sweat is a step towards a better version. YIDE wiped the sweat, a smile curling at the corners of her mouth. Tomorrow, again.
