Pamela is a nurse working in the medical wing of a maximum-security prison. It is a grim place, with inadequate facilities and makeshift rooms being used as medical wards.

Her shift is about to end when the head guard brings a prisoner named Tony to the infirmary. Tony claims to be s*ffering from severe stomach p*in. His cries are disturbing the other inmates, so the guard has brought him to the infirmary so Pamela can give him something to calm him down.

Pamela is rather annoyed, but she decides to stay and treat him. The guard leaves her alone when he suddenly receives news of a disturbance elsewhere in the prison and has to go and check on it.

Pamela examines Tony's abdomen before going to get some medication. But it was all a trick.

While Pamela has her back turned, Tony approaches her from behind and places a hand over her mouth. He then restrains her with white tape, securing her hands behind her back and binding her ankles. To prevent her from calling for help, Tony covers her mouth with a layer of microfoam tape.

Tony then leaves her alone, telling her that he has to settle things with the guard.

Pamela becomes increasingly agitated. She knows she has to free herself before Tony returns and raise the alarm about the escaped prisoner. She struggles to reach a drawer, hoping to find something that could help her cut through the tape.

But Tony returns before she can succeed. He decides to secure her to the medical examination table.

In the next scene, Pamela is tightly taped to the medical table. She is no longer wearing her nurse's uniform, but only her underwear. Pamela angrily protests through the gag, but only muffled sounds come out. Tony then removes her socks.

Pamela, secured to the table with numerous strips of tape, is left alone for several minutes. Despite her efforts, she cannot escape. Eventually, the head guard finds her in this condition after finally returning from dealing with the prison disturbance.

In the following scene, an angry Pamela reprimands the head guard for leaving her alone with a dangerous prisoner. He explains that everything was part of Tony's elaborate scheme to escape while taking advantage of a disturbance in the prison, which had been started by some of his associates.

Tony has escaped, and the search for him is still underway.

An exasperated Pamela finally leaves the prison. She is no longer dressed as a nurse, but instead wears a pretty summer dress as she heads home.

When she gets out of her car, Pamela wonders what became of Tony. She mutters to herself that she would love to get her hands on him and teach him a lesson.

But when Pamela opens the trunk, Tony suddenly emerges. He had been hiding inside her car to avoid the search. He quickly covers her mouth with his hand, captures her, and takes her back to his house.

In the next scene, Pamela's breasts are exposed and she is wearing only her panties. Tony restrains her while explaining that he intends to stay with her for several days, until the police search becomes less thorough. He tells her that they will spend her vacation together.

Pamela protests, but Tony silences her with a self-adhesive wrap-around bandage. After securing her hands, feet, legs, arms, and torso, he leaves her struggling for a while.

Tony eventually returns and places Pamela in a hogtie position.

Furious but helpless, Pamela can only hope that someone will come looking for her. But everyone believes she is away on vacation, so several days could p*ss before anyone becomes suspicious...
