Sexy scream queen Debbie D is on her back, stretched out in a spread-eagle. Her wrists are bound with white c*tton rope to the headboard area. The rope is snug — looped three times and cinched with a knot she can't reach. Her ankles are the same: roped to the far-end foot of the bed. The ropes pull her taut but with just enough slack to let her flex and strain.

She wears a pink and white bikini — the top is a triangle style with thin strings, pink cups with white piping. The bottoms match: pink with white side-tie strings knotted at her hips. She's barefoot, toes painted a soft pink that matches the suit.

A strip of white duct tape covers her mouth, pressed flat across her lips from cheek to cheek. Her dark hair fans out across the pillow beneath her head.

THE PERIL:

The camera tilts up. Clipped to the chrome shade of the reading lamp — the kind with a spring clamp — is a small bl*ck box about the size of a deck of cards. A digital timer glows on its face.

14:47... 14:46... 14:45...

It counts down in silence. No ticking sound. Just the quiet red numbers shrinking. Connected to the menacing clock is a small bomb, hidden inside the lampshade.

THE STRUGGLE:

Debbie's eyes go wide when she sees the camera. She tests the ropes immediately — a sharp pull with both arms, then both legs. The bed frame creaks. The ropes don't budge.

She tries again, harder this time. Her back arches off the mattress. The muscles in her thighs and shoulders flex. The headboard groans but holds.

She twists her right wrist, trying to work it through the loop. The rope bites into her skin. She winces behind the gag and shakes her hand. No give.

She kicks her legs both together. The bed rattles. One of the knots at her ankles shifts slightly but tightens rather than loosens. She screams against the tape — a muffled, frustrated "Mmmrrrph!" that barely escapes the room.

THE WARDROBE MALFUNCTION:

On her next big pull, Debbie arches her back and twists hard to her left. The strain shifts her bikini top. The right cup holds, but the left triangle slides sideways — and her left breast pops free. Full, natural, the n*pple stiff from the cool air.

She freezes for a beat, realizing what happened. A flush crosses her cheeks. Then the urgency takes over and she's pulling again, exposed breast bouncing with each effort. The bikini top is now crooked — one cup on, one off — and no amount of shrugging or rolling her shoulder gets it back into place. The string has simply slipped too far.

She screams again behind the tape. "Hmmmph! Hlllmph!"

TIME CHECK:

The camera cuts to the bomb.

09:12... 09:11... 09:10...

Then back to Debbie. She's breathing hard now. A sheen of sweat on her chest and collarbone. Her hair is starting to stick to her forehead.

She tries a new strategy — pulling both arms down toward her hips simultaneously, trying to slide the rope down the headboard post. The post is smooth brass though. The rope just slides a half-inch and catches on a on the frame. She collapses back, panting through her nose.

MIDPOINT — DESPERATION:

06:33... 06:32...

Debbie rolls her head to look at the bomb. Her eyes track the numbers. She can see them from her angle. The red glow reflects in her eyes.

She renews her struggle with everything she has. Full-body convulsions against the ropes. The bed shakes. The lamp wobbles on the nightstand. The bomb sways slightly on its clip — but doesn't fall.

Her bare feet flex and curl, toes spreading and gripping at nothing. The ankle ropes hold firm. She tries to kick the footboard apart — two hard stomps — but the bed frame is solid.

"Nnnngh! Nnngh!"

Her left breast bounces freely with every movement. Sweat runs down between her breasts.

THE FINAL MINUTES:

02:59... 02:58...

Debbie's movements are getting weaker. Not from giving up — from exhaustion. She's been fighting for twelve minutes. Her wrists are raw. Her ankles ache. The rope has left pink marks on her skin.

She tries one more time. A long, slow, grinding pull with her right arm — trying to compress her hand and slide it through the loop. The rope scrapes over her knuckles. She gets her hand about halfway through before the loop cinches back down. She screams — a raw, throaty "AAAMMMPH!" — and her hand is trapped tighter than before.

She's crying now. Tears run from the corners of her eyes, down her temples, into her hair. Her chest heaves. The tape over her mouth flexes with each labored breath through her nose.

THE LAST TEN SECONDS:

The camera alternates between Debbie's face and the timer.

00:10...

She pulls one final time. Everything she has left. The bed frame screams. The ropes groan. Her body lifts off the mattress — and falls back. Nothing.

00:07...

Her head drops back onto the pillow. She turns to look at the bomb. Tears streaming. Chest rising and falling.

00:05... 00:04... 00:03...

She closes her eyes.

00:02... 00:01...

00:00

ZERO:

The timer h*ts zero and holds. A beat of silence.

Then — BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.

Loud, shrill, insistent. Three short beeps, pause, three short beeps. The red display flashes 00:00 in time with each beep.

Debbie's eyes snap open. She screams against the tape — "MMMMMPH!!" — and pulls at the ropes one last desperate time.

But there is no explosion.

From off camera, the director yells, "CUT!"
