Valerie, Mayla and Laura are members of a coven of witches led by Gisy.

The four are filming a tutorial for witches in which each of them demonstrates her own style and technique when dealing with shrunken men. Gisy operates the camera while adding humorous commentary throughout the performance. Valerie goes first, followed by Mayla. Each witch presents a different approach, making every demonstration unique.

Finally, it is Laura's turn. The three witches remove their shoes and continue the demonstration barefoot, wearing only pantyhose. Laura chooses a slower approach, gradually increasing the pressure on the tiny man, who is c*mpletely helpless beneath her and can only hope the experience will be over quickly.

At this point, taking advantage of their numbers, Valerie, Mayla and Laura decide to turn against Gisy. Although she is the most experienced and powerful witch, they shrink her to the size of a doll, making her the focus of the demonstration. One applies pressure to her legs while the other two restrain her, and the third places her foot over Gisy's face. With another spell, they reduce her to an even smaller size, and Valerie brings the demonstration to its conclusion beneath her sheer-covered foot.

Next, Valerie and Mayla confront Laura, telling her she has no escape and will share Gisy's fate. Laura tries to resist but is quickly overpowered to the ground. Once restrained, she is shrunk as well, and the two continue their demonstration using their feet until the final scene. Satisfied with the outcome, Valerie and Mayla relax on the sofa, giving their tired feet a well-earned rest after the performance.
