This is part II of II.

What happens when you combine an excruciating and painful b*ndage position with some nasty b*ll-stretching CBT? Exactly, the sl*ve will gladly do anything to get out of this predicament. Firmly tied into an uncomfortable and humbling position inside an all-metal cage, with his full body weight pressing his bare knees and elbows against the unforgiving metal, the s*ffering begins long before the video even starts. It is not easy to endure such a position without anything happening, which clearly messes with his mind before I even begin to t*rment him. What really makes such a position unbearable, though, is when you strategically oppose two different powers. With his entire body weight pressing down toward the cage floor, trying to ease the p*in in his contorted back and exposed knees and elbows, I am more than eager to create an incentive for his body to move upward haha. Cruel, right? Lol, the more my sl*ves moan, exhale, and struggle, the more I want to t*rment and punish them and provoke even more extreme reactions. What better way to create an upward pulling incentive than by tightly binding his b*lls, attaching the rope to the ceiling, and letting the hydraulic pulley do its job. Looool, afterward he told me it felt as if someone had ripped his insides out of his body. Of course, given the extreme tension, there is now a harsh trade-off between sacrificing his knees, elbows, and back or enduring even more p*in in his b*lls. Exactly as I wanted it to be. All things considered, including both the b*ndage preparation and the sh*oting time, he spent a solid 45 minutes in this position. Wearing stiff n*pple clamps btw. Aside from enjoying his misery, the visible and audible s*ffering and struggling, I cannot stop myself from making it even worse. I tell him that there is only one way for him to get out of the cage, and that is by taking care of my feet. In the clip you can see that this is a difficult task with his throat fixed in the metal stocks of the cage. But I am sure he could have managed it. But no, that is still too easy. He has to take care of my dirty feet. I leave the room, which clearly messes with his mind even more, not knowing when I will return. I step into some nasty dust and grime on the old dungeon rug and go outside to collect some damp mud on my sticky bare soles. When I return, he really struggles to deal with the dirt but pushes himself hard to get the job done. The position is apparently more than motivating. But I am still not done with him. I enjoy this far too much. So I leave for a second time (in part II). This time I make my feet even muddier, turning it into an almost impossible task. But hey, what is the alternative?
