THE RULES:

The 13 holds are displayed on the game board.

The 10-minute timer starts the moment the first hold is applied. The attacker applies the holds in any order to the helpless victim, who offers zero resistance. Once the victim submits (taps or verbally gives), the attacker marks a check next to that hold on the board. The timer stops only when all 13 holds have a submission recorded.

Any attempt by the victim to escape a hold counts as an automatic submission for that technique.

If the attacker fails to secure submissions on all 13 holds before time runs out, the victim claims victory.

Holds must be applied clean and proper—no sneaky additions, combinations, or modifications allowed.

In the event of an accidental knockout, full credit is given for the submission, and the clock is paused until the victim recovers and is ready to continue.
