Il paziente viene fatto entrare nello studio.

La dottoressa Gea lo accoglie con tono fermo e professionale, ordinandogli di denudarsi immediatamente per procedere con la visita. Il paziente appare inizialmente riluttante a mostrarsi completamente nudo, ma la dottoressa è intransigente e non ammette esitazioni.

Ha inizio l’anamnesi clinica.

Il paziente è seduto di fronte alla dottoressa, completamente nudo, su uno sgabellino bianco, mentre risponde alle sue domande sotto uno sguardo attento e severo.

La dottoressa Gea informa il paziente che sarà necessario sottoporlo a una seduta di terapia del dolore . Poiché la seduta precedente non ha prodotto miglioramenti significativi sul piano della salute mentale, sarà necessario intensificare il trattamento .

Dopo un breve colloquio preliminare, si procede con l’ auscultazione del cuore e dei polmoni , prima in posizione seduta e p*i in piedi, seguita da un accurato controllo posturale . Trattandosi di una terapia dolorosa, è fondamentale verificare che il paziente sia fisicamente e posturalmente idoneo a sostenerla.

Viene quindi esaminata la colonna vertebrale , dalla zona dorsale fino al coccige, con controllo anche della regione anale, sia in posizione seduta che in piedi.

Attraverso l’utilizzo della rotella di Wartenberg , la dottoressa valuta la funzionalità nervosa e la risposta agli stimoli.

Segue la palpazione dell’addome , dei capezzoli , dei linfonodi ascellari e dei testicoli , per verificare un nodulo precedentemente segnalato e ormai riassorbito.

A questo punto ha inizio la Spanking Therapy .

La dottoressa somministra colpi ben assestati sulle natiche, dapprima ravvicinati e p*i più distanziati, monitorando con un cronometro la durata e la tempistica dei cicli terapeutici.

Terminati i due cicli previsti, si passa a una terapia d’urto : vengono inseriti aghi nei capezzoli, come parte del trattamento mirato all’ossessione del paziente verso gli aghi.

Al termine della procedura, gli aghi vengono rimossi con precisione e viene applicato un cerotto.

La visita è fittizia , ma strutturata per risultare altamente realistica , con ogni gesto e procedura giustificati da una logica clinica , per offrire un’esperienza di medical roleplay estremamente credibile.

Questo video è uno spin-off di clinical role play CFNM ed è stato realizzato con l’intento di preservare la memoria di un lavoro costruito nel tempo.

È dedicato a Roberto , che per dieci anni è stato mio paziente all’interno di un percorso di clinical role play sviluppato attraverso ascolto, continuità e gioco consapevole. Nel corso di questi anni abbiamo lavorato alla ricostruzione fedele di una fantasia complessa ma estremamente specifica , che richiedeva tempo, precisione e una profonda conoscenza reciproca.

Le sessioni, pur mantenendo una struttura riconoscibile, si sono evolute lentamente, variando nel tempo solo per sfumature, intensità e dettagli, fino a raggiungere una forma stabile e coerente con il suo immaginario. Il clinical rappresentato in questo video è stato fedelmente ri- costruito a sua immagine e somiglianza , in modo sartoriale, non generico e non replicabile.

Ci sono voluti dieci anni per arrivare a una forma che fosse per lui autentica, credibile e significativa. Questo video nasce dal desiderio di conservare la traccia di quel lavoro , di un percorso condiviso che non nasce dall’improvvisazione ma da una costruzione attenta e paziente nel tempo.

Roberto ci ha lasciati da qualche mese.

Ho scelto di girare questo video come atto di memoria , affinché resti testimonianza di un’esperienza e di una fantasia costruita insieme, e affinché chi lo guarda possa trovarvi qualcosa che altrove non esiste, perché è stato fatto esattamente così .

La visita rappresentata è fittizia, ma strutturata per risultare altamente realistica , con ogni gesto e procedura inseriti all’interno di una logica clinica coerente, nel rispetto del clinical role play CNFM.

Video Description

The patient is brought into the office.

Doctor Gea welcomes him with a firm and professional demeanor, ordering him to undress immediately in order to proceed with the examination. The patient initially appears reluctant to fully expose himself, but the doctor is uncompromising and does not tolerate hesitation.

The clinical anamnesis begins.

The patient is seated in front of the doctor, c*mpletely naked, on a white stool, answering her questions under her attentive and severe gaze.

Doctor Gea informs the patient that it will be necessary to undergo a p*in therapy session . Since the previous session did not lead to significant improvements in his mental health, the treatment will need to be intensified .

After a brief preliminary consultation, the auscultation of the heart and lungs is performed, first in a seated position and then standing, followed by a thorough postural assessment . As this is a painful therapy, it is essential to ensure that the patient is physically and posturally fit to endure it.

The spinal column is then examined, from the dorsal region down to the coccyx, including inspection of the *nal area , both while seated and standing.

Using a Wartenberg pinwheel , the doctor evaluates nerve function and sensory response.

This is followed by palpation of the abdomen , the nipples , the axillary lymph nodes , and the testicles , to verify a previously reported nodule that has since resolved.

At this point, Spanking Therapy begins.

The doctor delivers firm, well-placed strikes to the buttocks, initially close together and then more spaced out, while monitoring the timing and duration of the therapeutic cycles with a stopwatch.

Once the two prescribed cycles are completed, a shock therapy phase follows: needles are inserted into the nipples as part of a treatment aimed at addressing the patient’s obsession with needles.

At the end of the procedure, the needles are carefully removed and a bandage is applied.

The examination is fictitious , but structured to appear highly realistic , with every gesture and procedure justified by a coherent clinical rationale, in order to provide an extremely credible medical roleplay experience .

This video is a Clinical Role Play – CFNM spin-off , created with the intention of preserving the memory of a body of work built over time .

It is dedicated to Roberto , who for ten years was my patient within a clinical role play journey developed through listening, continuity, and conscious play. Over the course of these years, we worked on the faithful reconstruction of a complex yet extremely specific fantasy , one that required time, precision, and deep mutual understanding.

While maintaining a recognizable structure, the sessions evolved slowly, changing only in nuances, intensity, and details over time, until reaching a stable form consistent with his inner imagery.

The clinical portrayed in this video was built in his image and likeness , in a tailor-made , non-generic and non-replicable way.

It took ten years to arrive at a form that was authentic, credible, and meaningful for him. This video was born from the desire to preserve the trace of that work , of a shared journey that did not arise from improvisation but from careful and patient construction over time.

Roberto p*ssed away a few months ago.

I chose to create this video as an act of remembrance , so that it may stand as testimony to an experience and a fantasy built together, and so that those who watch it may find something that cannot be found elsewhere—because it was made exactly this way .

The examination depicted is fictitious , but structured to appear highly realistic, with every gesture and procedure placed within a coherent clinical framework, in full respect of Clinical Role Play – CNFM .
