Alena is excited as she enters the house to find her growth pills have arrived. She tries to convince Alexis to take one with her. After some persuading, both of them take a pill. At this point, the camera frames both of them at the same or similar height.

Alena is the first to start growing. Her chest swells, her skirt gets tight, and her body gets taller as she slowly rises up. Alena is excited as she realizes it is working. Eventually, she grows to 6 feet tall, with Alexis only up to her chest. Alena's clothes are tight, and she has a hard time moving without breaking them, so she loosens her clothing. Her shoes pop off, and her shirt gets tight. Except Alexis doesn't stop—soon she is a head taller than Alena. She starts to panic, realizing she took too much. Her clothes pop off, leaving her in her undergarments. Her head h*ts the roof, and Alena is now only up to her hips.

Alexis keeps growing as she panics, with Alena trying to calm her down as Alexis rises higher into the ceiling. Eventually, Alexis bursts out of the house, and the scene swaps to a green screen as she continues to grow, dwarfing her house and Alena beneath her. The video ends as Alexis looks down to see Alena downing the rest of the bottle. Alexis tells her to stop as Alena's next growth spurt begins, causing her to quickly ascend into the roof before the rest is left to the imagination.
