Cigarette #1

“Thank you for seeing me doctor I need help with something. I have to stop smoking even though I really love it. No it’s not for health reasons it’s more personal. I really need a cigarette can I smoke in your office, I know it’s probably against your policy. Thank you.” She lights up and sucks the filter hard moaning with pleasure as the smoke fills her mouth. She holds the smoke into her lungs a second longer than normal and exhales gratefully up towards the ceiling. “Mmmmm tastes so good.”

“When I smoke guys are always watching me and it makes me feel uncomfortable.” She takes a double pump. inhales like it’s the best thing in the world and moans out a sexy loud exhale. She keeps smoking getting sexually aroused the more she smokes. He watches her closely arousing her even more. “So what do you think? Can you help me? No, it’s impossible for me to hide my love for cigarettes. Yes I can come closer if you want”

Cigarette #2 She gets real close so only her face shows on the screen.

“Is this close enough? Yes and you want me to smoke another cigarette? Okay” She lights up the second cigarette and gets even more sexually aroused. She can’t hide her passion with him sitting this close. She needs somehow to impress him with how sexy she smokes. So a double pump, exhale directly into his face wide open mouth exhale. Exhale over you tongue and just put on a show for him until the cigarette is finished. “What? You think I should keep smoking? Oh I see, you have the fetish I should have known. Oh so you think I need another few sessions but you know I can’t afford it. No charge? Fantastic how about real private session just me and my cigarettes? Ooooo Thank you doctor.
