Taylor has rented a room from a man near her college, because she missed the deadline on a dorm room. The rules were very simple and she agreed to them. However, when her landlord walks in as she's about to light a cigarette, he becomes livid and evicts her. She begs him not to kick her out and insists that all she would get at home is a spanking. He backs down and agrees to spank her instead of kicking her out. Over his knee she goes for a well deserved spanking.

Later that evening, he comes to check on her and make sure the room doesn't smell like smoke. As soon as he walks in, he notices her hiding something under her pillow. Assuming it's contraband, he checks and finds an adult d*aper. When he asks her about it, she tells him that she has a bedwetting problem. Not wanting his mattress ruined, he insists on putting the d*aper on her to make sure it's done correctly. She agrees, but the act of having this man d*aper her puts her into a very regressed mental state. After she is diapered, she sits on his lap. He agrees and their relationship changes c*mpletely.

A few days later, Taylor knocks on his bedroom door and asks if she can have her friend over to study. She asks to forgo the diapers to avoid any humiliation and he agrees to allow her to wear pullups instead. Unfortunately for Taylor, he comes to check on her and finds her in panties. He takes her over his knee right in front of her friend Mia, who watches with a giggle as he spanks her soundly. When he puts Taylor in a d*aper, Mia can barely suppress her laughter. Annoyed by her attitude, the landlord asks Mia if she wants the same treatment and she responds sarcastically. Upset with Mia's general demeanor, the landlord pulls Mia over his lap for a spanking as well. She is c*mpletely surprised by this turn of events and barely puts up a fight as he diapers her just like Taylor.

A short while later, both girls have full bladders. Mia wants to find a bathroom, but Taylor insists the bathroom is off limits when they're diapered. She wets herself while Mia watches to show she is serious and Mia then follows suit, wetting her own d*aper.
