VLOG FOOTAGE: ALENA is in her car. She vlogs about how it's her cheat day from her diet. She's got a burrito from this new food truck that's open down town. She also has an iced coffee. She mentions that it's a weird combo, but f*ck it. "YOLO". It's her cheat day.

LATER. (FROM THIS POINT, NOTHING IS VLOG FOOTAGE. ALL REGULAR CAMERA).

FADE IN:

Alena issitting in
Her living room, eating her burrito and iced coffee. She enjoys it. Soon, though, Her stomach bubbles a l*ttle. She rubs her tummy. "Ooooo..." she says, before going back to eating.

DISSOLVE TO:

LATER.
She's finished eating. She's reading a book. Suddenly, her stomach starts gurgling and rumbling.

*SFX required. The stomach noises should sound wet and bubbly. They also continue on and off throughout most of the following main action

She ignores it at first, but then, it keeps on going. She's feeling the p*in. Then, she farts. She's now getting a bit worried, but then she starts farting up a storm. She comments on how that burrito isn't agreeing with her. She gets up and pushes out the farts, straining. Maybe she burps a l*ttle. She says: "Ooo, I don't feel so good." Eventually, she rips a fart thats a l*ttle too wet. She looks up. Her eyes open wide. She lets out an "AAAWWWEEE, GOO"

One hands squeezes her butt cheeks together as she does a waddle/run type thing towards the washroom. She says: "My butts gonna explode!" As she runs. She farts, then stops, checks her pants quickly. Then clenches and squeezes her cheeks together with both hands, now. She got to the bathroom door. She tries to open it, bangs on it, but it's no use. It's locked. Her stomach gurgles and growls as she winces. "I gotta take a dump" she whimpers.
out. She waddles/runs back downstairs, clenching and holding her cheeks with her hands

IN THE KITCHEN:

She enters. Thinks for a moment. Sees a garbage can, but no paper towels. Eventually, she just says "f*ck it" She pulls the garbage can over towards her, Turns her back to the camera, pulls down her pants, sits on the garbage. She then says "let er rip!" She lets out a grunt.

ON HER FACE. We hear her farts/bowels exploding and sighs of relief/cries of humiliation.
She strains, huffs and puffs, pushes out her bowels. Expressions of struggle and p*in are mixed in with relief. This goes on for a bit as we

FADE TO BL*CK.

The sounds finally stop. She lets out a sigh of relief. Then

"Uh what am I gonna wipe with?"
*More fart sounds. We hear her grunt."

NOTES:

Try to get as close to this as possible.

Stomach bubble sound effects should be wet gurgley and bubbly (the ones from the Van Wider re-enactment video... also go with similar mannerisms from that, as well as the Dumb & Dumber video). Don't be afraid to mix the stomach gurgles and the fart SFX's throughout.
