During each turn the object should be pressed in the bellybutton of the actress being poked for the entire turn. With the actress doing the poking repeatedly thrusting the object in a bit deeper. This can alternate from between a fast and slightly slower pace but done in a very sensual or sexy way. Front, side and rear camera angles. Some close up.
