In this clip, I conduct a training session with Astrid , aimed at reinforcing her obedience and breaking her habit of constantly scrolling through social media.

The session begins with Astrid entering the room, calmly sitting on the floor, and g*gging herself without command. I move through a variety of implements: a wooden switch, a heavy paddle, a riding crop, and then back to the switch. The strikes are heavy and deliberate, each one serving as a reminder that discipline requires consistency and discomfort.

Despite the intensity, Astrid remains in position - trembling, twitching, and moaning - yet doing her best to maintain her posture and not collapse.
