You go in to the doctor's for a prostate exam and are greeted by Nurse Marceline, or Nurse Marci as she suggests you c*ll her. She seems very friendly as she tells you that she will be the one taking care of you today and asks how you are feeling.

You tell her that you are nervous, to which she tries eases your worries. She promises to take exceptional care of you today.

After asking a few basic questions, Nurse Marci asks you something that you find a bit odd. She asks if your b*lls have been feeling full lately. They have, in fact.

She then asks you a few more questions and takes your bp before gloving up and masking up to begin the exam. She lubes up her fingers with a ton of lube as you lay back with your pants around your ankles on the exam table.

Then, her small index finger is probing your *sshole. She curls it upwards, pressing into your prostate. In that moment, you feel pleasure like you never have before. Nurse Marci explains that that's because your prostate is your pleasure zone. As she continues feeling, fingering your prostate, you become hard.

Your dutiful nurse explains how that's fine. It's totally normal to get an erection while getting a prostate exam.

She goes on to tell you that your prostate feels like a normal and healthy one. However, she is concerned about the fullness of your b*lls. And so, she needs to drain them.

It's a totally normal medical procedure. She is going to stroke your c*ck while still fingering your prostate, with not just one, but two... then three fingers.

And you are going to c*m, you are going to release all that pent up c*m inside of your b*lls.

....But even after having an *rgasm, Nurse Marci can tell that there's still some c*m left inside of you, and that just won't do. She is going to milk you of every last drop of c*m you have.

So, with your c*ck and *sshole incredibly sensitive after orgasming, she continues to pleasure you. She continues to stroke your c*ck and finger your *sshole, pressing into your prostate.

Nurse Marci won't stop milking you until she has gotten every single last bit of c*m out of you.
