During the summer holidays I had a job as temp Estate Agent to help with viewings, I had done well that month but was looking for a final sale so was prepared to do ANYTHING to clinch the deal.

I had dressed that morning in my usual grey power skirt suit, with white panties white blouse and pantyhose and it was very clear this man fancied me. I as gave him the brief I could feel his eyes undressing me, but hey I like to use my feminine form to clinch a deal.

He was playing hard to get and although he liked the property I knew I had to go the full way to get my last sale of the month. He took the brochure off me and asked if I was up for giving him the extras he wanted.

Kneeling down I pulled down his trousers and gave him a long BJ, making him hard and ready for action. I did think this would now lead to a full on normal s*x session that I`m used to giving as part of the deal, but he in fact wanted to p*ss all over me. I obviously agreed and he soaked my blouse and suit almost immediately.

It was very clear he liked wet s*x so I decided to take things further. I pulled up my skirt and p*ssed in my panties letting him watch me as the material went transparent with p*e. Then to show him I was prepared to wet my work suit I rolled around on the wet floor so my clothes were saturated. Taking off my jacket and skirt so I was just in my blouse, pantyhose and wet panties I then went into the sellers shower to really show him how wet I could get after all he didn`t know I enjoyed waters ports and getting wet and often did this with my current partner.

To my surprise after wetting myself in the shower he then came and joined me fully clothed and f*cked me standing up doggy style under the running water and covered my wet panties in his hot jizz.

I thought after that the deal was done but he wanted more and I must admit I was still g*gging to c*m so going up to one of the bedrooms I knelt on top of him and p*ssed on him and then going on all fours he p*ssed over my pantie hose and knickers. We f*cked doggy style with him ripping my nylons then I got on top reverse cow girl style and f*cked him till he made me c*m.

He finished filling my wet panties till they were overflowing with his spunk.

Finally

I redressed back into in my wet suit and him signing on the dotted line and me getting my final sale of the month.

So there is always one way or another that I can get a sale and also have enjoy a great wet p*ssing s*x session.

He left and I quickly tidied up the house to ensure the owners would never know with my monthly target now met.
