In this hour special custom long film, meet Dr. Sarah, a former newly qualified nurse under Matron who later in life becomes Matron’s superior. In the opening flashback scene, Sarah, a y*ung and inexperienced nurse, lies across Matron's lap, receiving a humiliating hand spanking for her mistakes on the ward.
