The music is electronic with somewhat slower, lulling tones that make you want to GO. It is definitely NOT lullaby style music yet it goes really well with the video and sucks you in. I recommend this one above all. Watch its preview video to hear the music!

"Automatic GO PLus Countdown No Music" is a version where it has my voice audio with all the layers and echo effects BUT contains no music at all. Enjoy this training with just the sound of my voice as the distinct focus along with the amazing visuals. OR play your own music alongside it as my voice and the visuals train you to GO!

"Automatic GO PLus Countdown NO MUSIC NO VOICE" is a video featuring ONLY the visuals. It does not contain my voice and has NO music either. This way you can watch the mesmerizing visuals while listening to your own music choice as well as any other training audios that you might prefer as you watch the video. Some of you prefer this and here it is!

"Automatic GO PLus Countdown (2nd Soundtrack)" has an "alternate" soundtrack that is a l*ttle faster and has more of an electrorock sound that the SV version. Everything else is the same except the music. Listen to the preview video to hear this soundtrack choice.
