This is part 2 of Tickle Search Bliss Dulce.
Bliss Dulce was arrested by Scott Torvea and tickle searched. She stood trial and was found guilty of indecent exposure. Bliss pleaded guilty and to lighten her sentence she agreed to be tied to a post in public and tickled every day.

Opening Scene

Bliss is standing tied to a pole with rope around her wrists and a rope around her midsection. She is still wearing her jeans and tank top as well as her sandals. Scott Torvea reminds her of her plea agreement. To be tied to a post and tickled every day and that will shorten her sentence. He then starts to tickle her exposed belly. Moving down to her hips.

He stands behind her and grabs her hips which cause her to let out a yeep sound. Followed by laughter and wiggling. Bliss ties to get away but she is tied to the post and can only wiggle and laugh. He moves around and takes off her sandal. Then proceeds to tickle her feet. Scott tickles the sides and the bottom of her feet. We get a nice closeup of the foot tickling.

Then he moves to the other side and does it all over again. Tickling the other foot and she screams and almost cries. During the tickling Bliss manages to wiggle around the pole causing Scott to almost chase her. She can’t go anywhere but she does wiggle around the pole.

Scott tries to hid his laughter as she wiggle runs around the pole. He chases her and tickles her as he goes. Then stands behind the pole so she has to face front again. The tickling continues and after a flurry of tickling he gets to her foot. Bliss actually laugh / yells her safe word for him to give her a small break. She was laughing so hard that she couldn’t breathe.

Movie or not he does stop for a second and if you were not paying attention you will miss it. He reminds her that if you do the crime you have to pay the price. Bliss still laughing offers s*xual favors for him to stop tickling her. Scott gets Bliss to confirm what she offers.

When she does he lets her know that attempts to bribe him will add to her sentence. So now he will add 3 weeks to her sentence and she will be tickled everyday for those weeks as well.

He continues to tickle her as it fades.
