While this video is rough around the edges this is one of my most intimate, candid, personal and embarrassing vids yet! Filmed the day after we moved into our new home, I was s*ffering from being all stopped up, bloated and constipated... I guess the stress of the move messed up my digestive system! I finally decided to take a large dose of lactulose to get things moving and I recorded the whole embarrassing, gruelling, gurgling, gassy process for you!

First I talk candidly about some of my recent stomach issues while I play with my soft gut. I talk about how I’ve been s*ffering with some constipation and what I personally enjoy about it, and about my noisy, explosive experiences with lactulose in the past! Then I take a hefty dose and drink about 2 litres of water to make sure it works properly. I am amused by the sound of water splashing into water inside me so I record my internal noises as I drink with the mic pressed to my stomach. Then I sl*sh it around for a good while, feeling so waterlogged and heavy! Expect burps! I end up having to lie down for a while and record the sloshy gurgles of my tummy as the water moves around and my digestive system starts to become more active in general. As the video goes on there are more gurgles starting to filter in alongside the liquidy sl*shes and lots of belching after each big glass of water! I start to feel things really moving around inside me and start recording my stomach noises, talking to you as I feel all that w*ste travelling through my digestive system. It’s fascinating how my belly becomes more active *after* the first trip to the toilet! You’ll watch me struggle through all the perils of my treatment while I’m as honest with you as possible about the state of my guts the whole way through!

(Note: as I said, this video is rough around the edges, my equipment was poor and it was the first video I’d made in about 5 years. There are some odd camera glitches and the sound goes out of sync near the end. I don’t show my face in this video because it was the first one I’d made in so long, I was very anxious about being back in front of the camera!)
