"Vanessa plays a doctor, while Lalo plays a patient who comes in with a very machismo attitude. It is important that Lalo always keeps his belly pushed out.

He waddles in already noticeably pregnant and Vanessa is visibly excited to see that the experiment really has been working. Lalo DOES NOT KNOW that he is pregnant. So when he walks in, he does waddle like a pregnant woman, but he makes a passing comment that he's just been bulking. He's wearing a pair of sweatpants and a button down shirt that barely fits. He sits at the couch (which is the examination table, unless he can sit on an actual table with a white sheet over it), and he tries to flirt with Vanessa who clearly is not interested. She pats his stomach and says that they'll begin the physical examination. She has him lay down, which he seems confused because they've never done that before. She begins to listen to his belly and measure it.

She brings out food for him too, knowing he's going to have cravings. She then reveals to him that he's pregnant and he is in denial about it.

I mainly want to see what you guys can do with the concept, be creative, but focus on always seeing Lalo and his belly in the sh*t and him acting like a himbo/machismo who is refusing to believe he is pregnant and then acts nervous when he finds out.

Lalo walks into the doctor's office. He’s wearing another tight shirt and sweatpants. dr. Vanessa is waiting to meet with Lalo. Lalo continues to act like a like an overconfident man, and cocky man but there is absolutely no flirting involved.

Lalo is asked to lay down on the table so that Dr. Vanessa can examine his belly and he isn't quite sure why she wants to examine his belly. Dr. Vanessa has Lalo step on a scale to which he says that the scale is broken he can’t be that heavy. Lalo has some trouble sitting up on the examination table, and Vanessa helps him lean back.

"You're up nine pounds since your last check-up," she told him, as she pressed her index finger into his belly button. "That's thirty seven total."

"No, it can’t be. That’s too much," Lalo whimpered.

“Nonsense,” she rebutted, helping him to the examination table. One button of his pants, which hung low under his belly, snapped off and whizzed across the room as she moved to unbutton them. He let out a bark of despairing laughter, but she just chuckled and eased him back onto the exam table. "Alright, let's see what’s baking in the oven. I'll take your fundal height in a minute, but I'd say you're looking closer to term than we expected. Your weight gain's been pretty profound."

Lala winces as she presses directly on his full bladder and began to move in purposeful sweeps across the bottom curve of his belly, working up as she went.

Dr. Vanessa goes to another room where Lala can hear she calls other doctors saying that the experiment is going well, he’s grown tremendously big, and he will only get bigger. Lalo complains that he feels like he feels like a ripe melon, and Dr. Vanessa reassures him that he’s overreacting and that he hasn’t gotten to the size that he’s supposed to get to.

It's late at night. Lalo's at his doctor's office, Ms. Vanessa. She is quick to see him as his voice over the phone was quite alarming.

He is larger than ever. His belly about to burst. Vanessa is quick to lay him on her office sofa - there is no time to take him to the examination room; he is clearly going into labor. Vanessa checks his belly to make sure, pressing on the enlarged part. She tries to hear the heartbeat, and everything's fine. She's quick to take his vital fluids to have them check and in the meantime performs another ultrasound.

Now all that's left to check is how many cm's he has dilated - Great! He's at 7 fingers. Time to start pushing! Lalo grunts and is still in shock that he's able to give birth! Lalo continues to act like a like an overconfident man, alpha and a bit annoying at times, and he remains c*mpletely confused as to how this is even possible. He's wearing a tight shirt and sweatpants as he cannot fit into most of his clothes lately.

Lalo removes his pants and gets his legs up and spreads them wide. He puts all his efforts into it: he has his first contractions and starts pushing! He never thought it would be so challenging to give birth! Dr. Vanessa assists him and helps him throughout.

It is time... Lalo gives birth! His labor was successful.
