Fai molti salti ripetuti (questo sarà un allenamento per te, senza mai dargli il tempo di respirare, se non per riposare. Ma è facestanding (LOL). Fai scene POV in cui vediamo il suo viso sotto i tuoi piedi e allo stesso tempo il tuo corpo e il tuo viso. 1-2 minuti di fila ogni volta in faccia.
