Roland the s*ssy is back to see world renowned penectomy surgeon Dr Victoria. The Tiny P*nis Clinic has some dubious practices but the work they do is of the upmost importance - keeping tiny p*nises where they belong, locked away or kept for scientific interest. All of the patients data must be collected - we do try and prevent breaches and data leaks, but charitable donations from Our tiny p*nis benefactors really do help us to stay on top of things so to speak - all of roland's payment options are given to him so he can decide on the level of risk in being exposed all over the internet.

I talk through roland's complex medical history (you can view all the clips below) and discuss his ongoing treatment options and Dr Victoria warns him about the dangers of a penectomy and the likelihood of developing an 'innie' p*nis with negative length. Poor roland didn't think his p*nis could get much smaller but he hadn't considered the possibility of an inverted p*nis.

We measure the p*nis, but not before discovering the l*ttle p*rvert is wearing frilly pink panties. I discuss all the medical experiments I've performed in the name of scientific gathering of information on medical micro p*nises. Unfortunately we can't help laughing at this pathetic specimen - thank goodness for the penectomy so no women will have to face this p*nis ever again except in a purely scientific framework.

As we get changed ready for surgery poor roland is left in the consultation room to listen to us as we speak not realising he can hear the whole humiliating conversation as we laugh about his micro p*nis! roland becomes fully gowned and must sit waiting nervously for the Doctors to return to take him through for surgery.

More evidence of the micro p*nis is taken with lots of photos and a magnifying glass. Trying to gather the evidence with such small specimens brings multiple challenges.... finding the specimen, the micro-photography and keeping a straight face all require substantial training. After this we take his pulse and pressure and I discuss in detail all the p*rverted super fetishes that roland has developed over the years he's been seeing Me. There is certainly nothing gained from delaying roland's penectomy, the sooner the better as far as The Tiny P*nis Clinic is concerned. Even whilst we're talking and when he thought no one was watching he's touching himself and fondly his nipples.

And so roland is wheeled away to his fate of surgical intervention - with the most hopeless cases a full penectomy is what we recommend!
