Alanna is my assistant and she is doing stretches. I walk in smoking 2 cigarettes at once and Alanna comes and unzips my jacket and helps me take it off. I have packs of Marlboro reds in the top of my pants, as many as I can fit. I ask Alanna what she thinks of all my packs as I spin around to show her. She is pleased and asks how smoking 2 at once is, I say amazing.
Then I quickly pick up Alanna princess carry pose. I spin around and we both laugh and I say how well it is going between us and how much she helps me. Alanna asks - are you ready for your first exercise? She reaches and grabs an ashtray from the table and puts it in her lap, she says how she wants me to be the best ever Marlboro Women. Then she takes the cigarettes from my hand, ashes them in the ash tray and puts them back in my mouth. And do some squats, walk around and turn around occasionally. Alanna encourages me and ashes my cigarettes for me occasionally, she does this one at a time so there are always cigarettes in my mouth.
After I finish these cigarettes, Alanna puts another one in my mouth and lights it. She says - just one while you get ready for the next exercise so your lungs get a break. I put Alana down and she puts the ash tray on the floor. She pulls all the packs out of my pants and puts them on the table except for one pack she puts in this outfit. Next Alanna says are you ready for your next exercise? I lay down on the floor and Alanna sits on my tummy with a leg either side of me so she faces my face. She takes the cig out of my mouth and puts 2 new cigs in and lights them. She says - when you inhale your lungs have to lift me and that is strengthening your lungs. Alanna puts the ash try on my chest. She takes a cig out of my mouth one at a time to ash them so there is always a cig in your mouth. She also encourages me and sometimes after I inhale the smoke she tells me to hold and counts how long. She says how strong my lungs are lifting her and how she can feel how strong they are.
When I have finished both of those cigarettes Alanna gets off and I roll onto my front. Alanna puts 2 cigarettes in my mouth and lights them. She puts the ashtray under my cigarettes and then sits on my back. Again she encourages me and sometimes after I inhale the smoke she tells me to hold and counts how long. She says how strong my lungs are lifting her and how high she goes when I inhale. When I have finished both of those cigarettes Alanna gets off my back and I stand up. She puts another cigarette in my mouth and lights it for me. I say I want another so she lights a second in for you. Next I do a few stretches while smoking. Alanna puts the packs back in the top of my pants while I do this.
