After finding himself captured by the mysterious archvillain known only as "The Tickler", courageous crimefighter Will Justice is subjected to merciless tickling and *dging with a powerful vibrator whilst tightly tied down with a ton of rope and strappings.

But if poor Will didn't think things could get possibly worse the depraved criminal starts to undo the helpless hero's skin-tight jeans before applying a vibrator to his crotch.
