Scene 1
A teacher/secretary came into the office to her desk (you can use use dining table as desk cause it's higher). she is wearing high heels, as she is doing her job, her toes starts to hurt a lot, you can see her toes struggling in her shoe and she constantly dipping her shoe off and stretching her toes and clamping her toes and putting on her shoe again. (A few minutes of her shoeplaying)

Scene 2
The next day, the student cummed in the same shoe again and this time it was a lot c*m in one shoe.
