The hungarian bodybuilder Dolly has a really perfect body and now you can watch what and how she does to keep it in shape.

First she starts in hotpants and sweater than it gets more and more hot for her and she gets sweaty so she removes her clothing step by step until a bl*ck bikini.

She does many different aerobik-exercises: star jumps, running on the spot, kicking, punching and between these for her thighs and biceps: knee bending squat, weight lifting and push-ups.

You can hear how she is gasping due the hard training.

At the end she crash some fruits with her biceps and hands!

You can admire her extrem muscular body due the lots of close ups sh*ots while she is doing her daily training.
