Step 2:

Delete that special hidden folder on your phone and then clear your deleted folder.

Step 3:

Unsubscribe from my social pages, so you can't get triggered. You need to go c*mpletely cold turkey.

Step 4

You need to not get turned on by cocky alphas and their muscles anymore. This is the most important step. I flex my biceps, show off my beautiful face, and wiggle my tight straight *ss in my jeans right in your face. In this last step, I show you how far you've come. I flaunt my body to you and remind you that "the old you" would be SO hard right now and would immediately fail No Nut November, but not you..

I know it's going to be SO hard (literally) for you to give up on your addictions, but I think this video will really help. Besides, just think of the alternative..
