I was hired by this deadbeat's future ex-wife to come in and try and sell this house that he is squatting in.

I've seen this a million times. Loser husbands camping out in homes that their Wives actually own and refusing to leave! How pathetic!! So, I'm just going to go in and try and get an idea how much I can sell this house whether he is there or not! I can handle him!!

Or so I thought... Not long after I get to the house and have started my inspection I ran into him.
