Maria's turn has come, and she wants to fart while staring into Frank's pathetically small face. She counts, times the churning of her swollen stomach, and farts directly into Frank's nose. The fart's revolting odor causes Frank's eyes to get watery and bloated, his nostrils to almost curl, and his mouth to almost gag in the lethal, poisonous, putrid g*s.

That's not it, though! They both let out fart bombs as they bend over side by side just inches above Frank's face in an attempt to release their foul, stinky farts simultaneously. Frank almost runs out of air to breathe since the air he takes in seems so tainted and poisoned!

They fart until they could no longer feel the churning sensation on their bellies while covering his face with their assholes buried in his nostril and lips. A combination of the fart's smelly stench and the juicy dirt on their assholes was enough to make him gag, cough, and from the odor.
