On the bed in front of me, a patient complains of erection difficulties and asks me to examine him thoroughly. I put on the gloves and start with a first external inspection of the genitals and while I ask him a few questions to investigate, I move on to the inspection of the prostate with my fingers. And in fact I find an obstacle but I help myself using gradually larger diameter probes: the last step is a treatment with a vacuum pump to induce an erection. At the end the p*nis is in a semi-erect but not c*mpletely hard state and I move on to direct manipulation to try to induce *rgasm with my hands: will he finally be able to empty those b*lls that have been full for quite some time or can he only be saved with surgery?

DISFUNZIONE ERETTILE

Sul lettino nudo davanti a me un paziente lamenta difficoltà di erezione e mi chiede di visitarlo a fondo. Ha fatto bene, si è rivolto alla migliore dottoressa in materia, perchè io vado a fondo e le mie analisi sono molto accurate... Metto i guanti e inizio con una prima ispezione esterna dei genitali e mentre gli faccio qualche domanda per approfondire passo all’ispezione della prostata con le dita. Un po’ infiammata ma sembra tutto in ordine e allora passo ad altri esami più accurati sul pene: userò tutto il mio arsenale di sonde uretrali per verificare che non ci sia niente ad ostruire l’erezione. E in effetti trovo un ostacolo ma mi aiuto usando sonde via via di diametro più grande: l’ultima spiaggia è una pompa per il sottovuoto per indurre l’erezione. Al termine il pene è in uno stato semieretto ma non completamente duro e passo a una manipolazione diretta per cercare di indurre l’orgasmo: riuscirà finalmente a svuotare quelle palle piene da tempo o si potrà salvare solo con un intervento chirurgico?
