Nurse Bernadette shows up to introduce herself to Ava as a nurse that Ava's family has hired to give her special and humiliating treatments. Ava is skeptical and argues back which only infuriates Nurse more. Ava is told to strip down and accept whatever treatment is given to her. She has been promiscuous, slutty, and not taking care of herself. In fact, Ava has been a total nightmare and this behavior will be corrected once and for all.
