UN DURO ALLENAMENTO

Il mio schiavo si sta allenando per tenersi in forma, lo apprezzo molto e credo sia molto importante l’allenamento fisiprio per questo voglio aiutarlo a rendere l’allenamento ancora più efficace e farò da peso salendo su di lui mentre fa le flessioni e p*i anche durante gli addominali. Purtroppo dopo poco cede per il troppo sforzo suscitando tutto il mio disappunto che inizio a sfogare picchiandolo e sferrando pugni e calci contro i suoi addominali. Spero abbia capito la lezione e passiamo ad allenare i tricipiti, dovrà sollevarmi reggendomi dal culo. Ma di nuovo basta poco e cede lasciandomi cadere sulla sua faccia: a questo punto ne approfitto per un bel facesitting con cui lo domino e umilio definitivamente.
