ROLES: Karate Mistress bottom with Alanna following our instructions doing things to KM
CLOTHING: short top and bottom
CAMERA: sh*ot from the side and downward so you can see concave belly as it is held in and the ribs and hip bones.
GENERAL: deep sucking in of belly, struggle and contractions of ribs and belly along with gasping during breath control.

OPENING SCENE: (Scene Duration: 1 minute)
Karate Mistress and Alanna on backs sucking in belly to see who can suck in further and hold it in while talking like “I can do it further”, “Look at my ribs”

SCENE ONE: (Scene Duration: 7 minutes)
K.M. on back sucking in belly far, Alanna sitting by KM head. Alanna “You will breathe ONLY when I allow”
KM smile goes to a look of fear and KM pushes her belly out as far as she can and then suck it in as far as she can 3 times. KM says “I can do this, my lungs are getting stronger”.
KM take some deep breathes and signal when Alanna will cover her mouth and nose tightly, NO air in or out.
KM struggle and push herself and have belly and rib contractions and gasps for air when allowed to breathe.
Between breath holds is allowed 30 seconds then KM says “I want more... I can do this”
SCENE ONE TASKS.
2 minute breath hold with Alanna's help pushing her as she struggle and don’t have to worry about the timing...
Alanna talk to KM encourager her say like “You can do this” “15 seconds left, push”
30 second break
Repeat two more times!

SCENE TWO: (Scene Duration: 2 minutes)
KM says “You are going to stand on my belly, I can take it”
KM fill her lungs with air and hold her breathe as long as she can while tighten her abs and Alanna gets on top of her.... Keep Alanna on top of her belly for 2 minutes even after she take a breathe.
KM is allowed 3 breathes in and out then hold her breathe again until she need a break. She do that until reach the 2 minutes of Alanna on top of her
Alanna stand on KM belly, feet across her belly one foot on navel and one foot above that.
