Harley (she was actually named after Harley Quinn from Batman!) is a really talented street artist who paints murals for local businesses. I hired her to work her magic on a boring wall in my new studio. She is a really cute, confident person with great style and a laid-back vibe. I thought she would be a perfect model.

One big problem, it turns out Harley is incredibly insecure about her feet. It turns out the second and third toes on each foot are webbed. She told me that she absolutely hates her feet and never shows them. She doesn't even own a pair of sandals and always wears socks, never going barefoot, we're talking some major foot insecurities here!

I told her that modeling her feet could help her get over insecurities and give her a good confidence boost! She's such a positive, confident person that she shouldn't be ashamed of her feet!

Harley was still not c*mpletely sold, she was afraid I would make fun of her feet. It took some time and convincing but I was finally able to talk her into doing her first-ever (and maybe only) sole show!

I sh*t this sole show a lot different than I usually do. Lots of different angles and close-ups with a music track playing instead of silence. Let me know what you think of this style.

Harley starts off in her colorful Nike 1's, she has over 100 pairs of sneakers! She kicks them off and has on mismatched tye-dye socks. I get a good amount of sock footage before she pulls them off and bares her soles for all of us to enjoy! I'm not sure why Harley was so insecure because she has a lovely pair of soles to model.

I get a lot of different angles and positions, including her in "the pose" and face down/soles up. What do you guys think of her toes? I think she was making a big deal about nothing. Her feet are in great shape for never taking care of them...Harley says she's never even had a pedicure.

I made sure to compliment her feet during the sh*ot and she really appreciated it. She gained more confidence in her feet as the sh*ot went on.
