Sei una nutrizionista/trainer e stai seguendo un cliente molto grasso, il più grasso che tu abbia mai visto.Per l'ennesima volta è in ritardo. Sei infuriata e appena arriva gli fai togliere la camicia/maglia e lo lasci a petto nudo per umiliarlo. Gli dici che è un grassone schifoso e che non può permettersi di tardare. Dopo esserti tolta il camice per fargli vedere il tuo fisico, gli fai notare tutta la massa grassa che ha in eccesso sulla pancia e sulle tette, afferrandogli i rotoli di grasso con le dita e tirandogli la ciccia con pizzicotti. Ora può iniziare l'allenamento: lo fai sdraiare per terra accanto a te per fare gli addominali e inizi a giocare con la sua pancia strabordante, con i tacchi e con le mani, continuando l'umiliazione. Dato che non riesce a fare gli addominali perchè troppo grasso a quel punto gli fa leccare i piedi perchè è l'unica cosa che gli riesce...
