The woman is obviously in the driver's seat and act as if the car broken down (wont start) and she is waiting for help to arrive.
Tow truck driver arrives talks to her through the window to ask what s wrong. She tells him how the car was running rough and stalled and now shes cant get it to start. He climbs into the passenger seat, he sees your a damsel in trouble. She actually shows him by pointing to her pedal pumping foot how she has been pumping the g*s pedal to try to get the car restarted and says she is not sure if she is doing it right.
*First she shows him with her shoe on. Then she complains how tired her feet are from pumping the pedal all this time before he got there. She also mentions they also hurt because she was running around and on her feet at work all day.
She then apologizes and asks if he doesn't mind if she slides her shoe off to get a better grip of the "pedal"
She hears the tow truck studder and sees him become uncomfortable and nervous at first. She then sees he can't stop staring at your foot pump the pedal in your bare nylon feet.
You then ask how much for the tow and he gives you a crazy price you cant afford. You tell him you can't afford that and ask if there are any other options are? He says he can try to jump start the battery for less money but you still don't have the exact cash on you. You lift your nylon foot onto the seat to massage your tired nylon foot and toes.. You mention how hot and sweaty they are...He keeps staring and getting more uncomfortable appearing to cover his crotch to hide himself getting turned on.
Now it seems he is now looking harder at your feet. He then compliments your pretty toes as he tries not to look so hard. You begin to make an uncomfortable look as you nervously say thank you. You seem embarrassed and say no don't do that as you try to pull back but he tells you its OK relax and continues to massage.
As this was happening and you tried to pull back your right foot moved closer and now ends up in his crotch. You now feel his bulge. He looks down in disbelief and starts breathing heavy. As you begin to pull away he says wow your really looking for a discount huh? You begin to twinkle your toes slowly. You then realize this may work to your advantage since you cant afford the bill and continue to twinkle your toes and move them back and forth slowly as if to be pumping the g*s pedal. You then feel his bulge get harder and bigger as you slowly pump. You chuckle and say I wish I had this effect before on the g*s pedal to get the car started? He chuckles and says I cant see if your footwork was this good how your couldn't get it started.
At this point you are giving him an over the pants nylon foot job and he begins to breath heavier and slightly moan. He moves the left foot closer to his face to take in some of the sweaty aroma and you finally give in. You now realize more or less that you have him under control and are actually enjoying teasing him.
You start asking him if the prices has changed yet and he replies "just a l*ttle bit". You then begin to stop pumping while twinkling your toes and give him a dirty mad look. He says no i'm sorry and quickly say yes a bigger discount. You then begin to twinkle your toes again and pump his crotch pedal harder and a l*ttle faster. He nervously apologizes and says the service c*ll is free. He also promises to give a future service c*ll for free as well.
You tell him to get out of the car and do his job as he tries to take his last few sn*ffs of the smelly stocking feet.
