You begin the video by addressing the viewer who you know is a fan of your muscle-related clips. You see he is slightly taller than you at 5'7" but you can’t help but mention how short he is compared to most men. You also point out that he has some muscle on him as well. You comment on the fact that he must workout really hard in the gym and it must have taken years to gain the muscle he has. You can’t help but point out that it isn’t that much muscle considering how much effort he had to put in at the gym. You flex your arm muscles throughout the conversation and notice he is constantly checking them out. You giggle and state that he is definitely into your muscles. You mention that while you appreciate him buying your clips, ordering customs, etc. in that category...you want a bit more. At this point you strip down into a sports bra and yoga shorts to get more comfortable. You then pull out your phone as you mention you discovered an app that will allow you to steal his strength, size, and height. You teasingly discuss how this must be the ultimate fulfillment of his fantasies, while still just lightly flexing occasionally. Before he can protest you start the first draining process. After a bit, you stop momentarily, reveling in the strength you gained in just moments rather than hours and years in the gym. You also mention that it appears to be shrinking as well.

You see he is starting to get a l*ttle nervous and scared now and asks for you to stop to which you just cruelly laugh and mention you are having too much fun to stop

After a bit of this you start the draining process briefly again (shifting the camera angle lower and lower). You again talk about how much easier it is to gain muscle like this rather than working out for years like he did. You giggle, approach the viewer seductively and point out that the transfer is irreversible too, so he'll be stuck weaker than any girl he meets from now on and you'll never have to work out again unless you just want to show off. You also continue teasing him that this was his fantasy all along. You mention you and many girls you know could beat him up c*mpletely.

You start to tease him about his new, skinny form while having him compare himself with your own muscles. You even "suggest" he should try working out, though you can barely keep a straight face saying it (knowing internally that you are the one who is making him weak, not his lack of effort). The height difference shifts more in your favor, which you also enjoy. You can really dig into him here, talking about how disgustingly skinny he is compared to your full, powerful muscles, laughing at him and seeing him start to cry and have labored breathing due to his weakness while you are bursting with energy. You command him to remove his shirt and are kind of grossed out by how skinny he is (maybe saying something like "gross" as you laugh at him, cruelly caring l*ttle that he can barely stand).

You decide to test your strength with some exercises (maybe bicep curls, or other exercises). You love how much easier it all is and the new taller, stronger body. You feel the strength fits your badass attitude much better too.

You want to acquire even more muscle and strength now and you aren’t sure how you lived without this power before. You start to ponder on ways that you could quickly acquire more strength. With an accidental suggestion by the viewer you come up with the idea to visit the local gym, flirt with guys to get in close and then drain them one by one. You spend the rest of the video discussing how you will do this to different types of guys at the gym, laughing and excited about it. You express the desire to grow until you are a muscular giantess.
