The clip begins with Claudia on the phone with Rachel. Rachel is telling Claudia that she's picked the recent "Get Vored" contest winner and the winner has requested Claudia to fulfill their grand prize winnings. Claudia ends the c*ll by asking Rachel to text her the customer's info so she can c*ll and book the appointment.
