Our beautiful Amanda has a really perfect body and now you can watch what and how she does to keep it in shape.

First she starts in yoga pants than it gets more and more hot for her and she gets sweaty so she removes her top and leggings as well and she continues the training in a small thong)

She does many different aerobik-exercises: star jumps, running on the spot, kicking, punching and between these for her thighs: knee bending squat.

You can admire her body while she is doing her daily training.
