Microlax *nema and rectal bulb syringe *nema (WMV)

Providing an *nema to a transgender patient in two stages. During the first step, I give her a micro *nema. Then I send her to the toilet. In the second stage, I do a small intestinal lavage using rectal bulb syringe.
