muscle toning

it begins!! summer is over and autumn is upon us .. I don't often have the opportunity to go to the gym so it fits and I have again got the equipment to train at home ..

of course I don't have the multifunction but .. my weights .. my bench and there must be consistency and ideas for bodyweight training even if the latter is not my favorite ..
let's say that I'm bored working without equipment but for now we do what we can ..

today I will train a part of the body that I don't train much .. arms!

exactly because I'm curious to see progress as well! so let's get to work !!

sh*t on 30 September today, which is October 2nd, I trained again despite the muscle p*in, but unfortunately I didn't have the chance to resume.

si comincia!! l estate è conclusa e l autunno è alle porte.. non ho spesso la possibilità di andare in palestra così ci si adatta e mi sono nuovamente procurata l attrezzatura per allenarmi a casa..

certo non ho la multifunzione ma .. i miei pesi.. la mia panca e non dovrà mancare costanza e idee per allenamento a corpo libero anche se quest ultimo non è il mio preferito..
diciamo che mi annoio a lavorare senza attrezzatura ma si fa per ora quel che si può..

oggi allenerò una parte del corpo che non alleno molto.. braccia!

esattamente perchè anche io sono curiosa di veder man mano progressi! quindi mettiamoci all opera!!

girato il 30 sett oggi che è 2 ottobre mi sono allenata nuovamente nonostante il dolore muscølare, ma purtroppo non ho avuto modo di riprendere.
