L'idea base è che lei, la mamma o la zia, stia conversando con una nuova ipotetica babysitter per il figlio/nipote spiegando un po in cosa consiste il lavoro (tipo colloquio di lavoro insomma). La chiamano dalla scuola spiegando che suo figlio/nipote sta tornando a casa additando come motivazione quella di non sentirsi bene. Lei ovviamente non ci crede e d*ce alla babysitter che conoscendo suo figlio/nipote, sarà d'obbligo accertare la verità misurandogli "la febbre nel culetto" come ai ragazzi monelli e di guardare attentamente cosa fare in questi casi poichè le servirà nel caso in cui accettasse il lavoro.

Quando lui arriva, senza troppi complimenti lei chiede spiegazioni e annuncia insospettita che, per fare chiarezza, è necessario misurargli la febbre nel culetto. Mentre d*ce queste cose, senza aspettare una sua risposta, gli abbassa alle ginocchia i pantaloni, lo trascina sulle sue ginocchia e lo posiziona OTK leg-lock sulla sedia, p*i gli tira giù le mutande (possibilmente slip bianchi di cotone classici) alle ginocchia e procede alla misurazione della febbre incurante delle sue reazioni. Alla fine porta il figlio/nipote in corner time e conclude la discussione di lavoro con la babysitter che alla fine accetta il lavoro.

Subito dopo che la babysitter accetta il lavoro, allora lei fa provare anche la babysitter a misurare la febbre nel culetto del figlio/nipote (sempre OTK leg-lock su sedia) e a sculacciarlo dopo la misurazione. Anche in questo caso la lei dovrà insegnare alla babysitter ogni passaggio, dalla misurazione alle sculacciate osservando che la stessa esegua tutto nel modo giusto...
