James and Tony are two producers who have rented an apartment in order to make adult films with models. In the previous part they had a discussion with the landlady Layla who threatened to chase them away. They snatched the landlady and had her tied up and tape gagged in the mezzanine, but with the help of a neighbor she escaped.

Layla planned revenge on the guys. James is taking a shower while Tony has gone out to buy cigarettes, so they may be surprised one at a time.
Layla takes a stick, waits for James to come out of the bathroom and h*ts him in the head, knocking him out. When James awakens he discovers that he has been tied very tightly with many ropes. Layla stuff gags his mouth with a cloth, then seals it with more tape. She watches him struggling and moaning for a while, then she goes in another room, waiting for Tony to show up.

Tony enters, sees James tied up but not realizing that there's the landlady lurking, her goes near him. James tries to warn him through mphhhing but it's too late. Layla h*ts Tony in the head and he falls to the ground.In the next scene we see Layla who finishes tying Tony to the chair. Tony tells her that people are coming and she can't keep them tied up, but Layla doesn't care. She b*ll gags him, and leaves them to struggle a bit while she decides what to do with them. Left alone, Tony and James tries to escape, they move near each other try to work on each other bonds, but their efforts are futile. They would need hours to get free and Layla instead returns after 5 minutes. She checked the d*mages they have done in the flat and propose them to "work" for her, meaning that they have to make sh*ots for her, so they can avoid to be jailed for what they have done. Tony and James don't seem to have much choice...

James in the meantime tells Tony that he goes to take a shower shower. Tony instead decides to go out to buy more cigarettes. They think that the shrew tied on the mezzanine can’t create trouble anymore. But they are going to have a bad surprise...
